CREATION 7

by: NAMARON (from blog section)

"CREATION"...(7)

So You Play Along With The Game
Because Theres Nothing Else To Do
If You Discontinue Yourself Here
No.........No Ones Gonna Miss You
So You Stay Around... You Hang About....Hoping For Something New

That Blog That Youve Put Up?
You Check On How Many Views
And When You See Those Low Numbers
You Get On With The Blues
Just As Low As Your Thinking...Yeah....... Its The Same Old News

There You Are............Youre On The Blogs Again
Yes... You Are Here.........But Do They Know?
And You Wonder...............What Should I Do Now?
As Thoughts Are Racing.................Stay Or Go?

So Now You Go......And You Check... Those Whos Viewed Me Views
Did Anybody Look At You?
And When You See That They Did Not
Once Again You Feel Its True
Why Am I Here?... You Think...What.......What Should I Do?

Its Over To The Photo Gallery
Did Anybody Come On Yet?
But Those Faces...... Theyre Not Familiar
What You Thought Is What Youll Get
What Will You Do now....You Need.....You Need... A Reset

Its Back Onto The Blogs Again
Up And Down The Page Youll Scroll
Back To The Photo Gallery..And The Views?... Its The Same Ole
Around And Around And Around Youll Go
Never..............No Never.................Reaching That Goal

Tiny Shred Of Love

Floating, heart askew
In the dark deep tunnel of nothing
Claw with every cell of me
Reach out for anger greed sorrow
Not the alone gray empty
Tiny shred of light
I wait for, hope for
A delusion there to help
Hold my hand tighter
Around the severing rope
My only tie to the world
A better life, twinkle dust
Of joy, love, a home
No more tears, aching soul
For a touch to hold on
Until then hope for, wait for
The tiny shred of love.

Love is Maddness

The silence is blissful
within my padded walls
till the voices start
i'm tormented once more,
crying whilst cradling
rocking back and forth
how am i here again
locked behind,the bolted door.

Blood on my lips
finger tips bitten
no time for crying
i spend my days spitting,
dry is my throat
even without flim
daily i spit out demonds
all for the love of him.

He who darkend my door
he who stepped into my shadow
he who did not walk away
he that stayed to follow,
demonds have held me back
but now love shall set me free
is he mad also
he,who is in love with me.

just wanted to say

I am so astounded how my 2 little lines
have got such a reaction not just from
one or two or even a handful of poets
here on the corner but from everybody

I am so deeply touched by the

poetry that was created
poets who created them

this little challenge has brought us to a different level, far more
important then friends and family but has brought us on a level
of solidarity, unity.
2 little lines and so many, oh so many brilliant inspired poetry that was created from this challange.

each and every one of you

THANK YOU!!!!

WHO ARE YOU??

When looking into a mirror
what exactly do you see?
A reflection of disappointment
or person you wanted to be

When words are uttered from your lips
do they come out truthfully spoken?
Or are they mostly less than true
because belief in honesty is broken

When you search your soul
has doubt and fear taken control
Or is it inundated with faith and hope
which is sorely needed just to cope

Mirrors only reveal one's exterior
in that you can't put all your trust
What truly matters is the interior
a righteous heart is a must

You gotta love him.

My lover's eyes are crossed, wave to and fro,
His nose, an ogre's ridge, much to the fore,
I send him out each day and hope he'll go
And not come back 'till this lifetime is o'er.
His skin is dire and pitted like a grid,
Wild hair all matted as a rabid dog,
Great forehead huge, yet pea-sized in the id
And voice that would offend a deafened frog.
To his ablutions he won't give a fig.
He reeks of cat's pee and of fouled roe, fried.
His fingernails would be just cause to dig,
Yes, on his stinking clothes fleas catch a ride!
Yet forged in his intent to spare the rod,
A caring heart, that plain, was wrought of God

Poetry Rodeo (Let's See If You Can Rhyme Like Me)

It takes a lot of cowboy tough to step out of a chute
Competing for a buckle and a chance to win some loot;
You scan the crowd with wary eyes, because deep down you know
Because every word and every rhyme could cost you the short-go.

Five judges watch with pen in hand and timers sit close by
It's time to start reciting, but your mouth is awful dry!
Your words spill forth to fill the room with hearty tears of laughter
While you're going for the perfect ride, to get the score you're after.

As judge's scores are tallied, you forget about your fate
Because friends are saddled up and riding through the gate
Though some may win a buckle, or take home some well earned pay
We all go home much richer in the friendships forged that day.

If I

If I should die tomorrow
Weep tears of joy – not sorrow
For I will be with my Father above
Basking in his unconditional love

Walking the streets of silver and gold
I am no longer wrinkled and old
But moving easily and pain free
Do not worry about me

I am with loved ones who have gone before
Thus separated by death no more
It is so wonderful and beautiful here
You too will see it yourself my dear

We will see each other again
Live your life knowing that you too will ascend
Until then be happy and carefree
Your guardian angel is watching over thee

SOS (s/c)

Ships are like people
sailing life's ocean
battling the elements
day by day

Crossing smooth
crossing rough
sometimes weak
sometimes tough
overwhelmed by it all
life more than a squall

Can we spot
the SOS people send?
Can we see
the rockets
hit the air,
sail close by them
reach a hand out
save our soul

TOGETHERNESS

WHEN A GUY AND A GIRL FIRST MEET; IT CAN EVOLVE INTO SUCH A WORTHY TREAT! EACH DAY YOUR LIKES AND DISLIKES ARE DISCUSSED AMONGST ONE ANOTHER UNTIL EVENTUALLY, YOU WILL GROW AND SAY; I LOVE YOU, AND FOR ME; THERE CAN BE NO OTHER! FROM THAT MOMENT ON; YOU WILL WALK HAND IN HAND; AND ONE DAY, THE TWO OF YOU SHALL ENTER THE MAGIC LAND! I CAN TRUELY SAY; IF ONE OF YOU HAS GONE ON AND ENTERED THERE FIRST; THE ONE YOU TRUELY LOVED ON EARTH; WILL HAVE AN EVERLASTING THIRST! YOU SHALL BE TOGETHER AGAIN; AND FROM THEN ON, THROUGH ETERNITY; THE TWO OF YOU WILL HAVE NO END!
