Capri, yes you guys will be the epitome of humanitarian but how much can truly be absorbed and still sustain life as it is in Europe? If you keep taking them, and there is no resistance just for the sake of humanitarian point of view, is it really be possible?

Income disparity

Ouch Naked. Yes indeed, the cash thing, but I think if it is cash and they don't report in tax filed, they wouldn't even get a retirement credit for the Social Security.

solutions for handling the migration crisis

Hello Bab,

Accounting the real refugees would be my first move. Systematically segregate them from the economic migrants and then return the non refugees to the country they came from.

There are accurate statistics as to how many had entered already Ocee, per the documents and videos on the previous blog: Germany sympathetic to all Syrian Refugees. (check on the previous page), it reached the limit of 1001 comments and viewed by about 15 grand and the mods had to close it because it is too long but asked me to continue as Part 2, instead I started the Borders are tightened while Merkel schedules an Emergency Summit, this took place in the 4th of October and nothing solid came off that meeting that I am aware of.

Good afternoon Brian. Raining in my side of the world. Anyways, this problem is not an easy one and even worse is that the longer it is left unchecked, the more difficult it is for everyone.

Immediate solution I would recommend is to build the Camp, like you said and make sure it is complete with what they need. Process all the papers there and then decide the true refugees would then be given priority for accommodation.

Democratic Debate: Was Hillary favored?

I imagine the impact of that. We might look we have wasted our voice for a greater purpose. Yes I agree on the "protest" effect. Let us campaign for the third party then if that is what it takes to thwart the power of these puppets.

But you and I know that refugees in number is very minimal. What complicates this crises is the advantage of the economic migrants to come to Europe because of the decision made by one single person, Merkel. What is she doing to address your concerns are not in her priority list, I reckon.

Hello there pretty lady.

Yes, I believe that the whole world has to pitch in. I am thinking about the UN as the moderator and all the member countries would have to consent how best this problem is solved.

Much like when G7 met before the sanction imposed on Putin for attacking Ukraine. Now it seems like UN doesn't even exist and pay no concern to these problem.

Yes of course, just like Brian mentioned. War is big profit generating system. For the suppliers of the ammos. Putin fire up the Assad Camp while the WEst (France, UK, USA) do the other side and bingo, the more ammos used and wasted, the better the profit goes up. At the expense of human casualties hence the refugees.

Well Brian let us get on with our job and tell those war monger leaders to stop this madness and that money made from this wars are not a part of a humanitarian existence.

Oh when they finally get what they want. Then they can truly wean all men and replace us with Robots...yikes...sad flower frustrated

D my friend, it is because all their care about is greed. They are driven by profit and money that comes in their pocket. I wonder if the shieks of Saudi Arabia has paid them under the table just to rid of them?

Remember at one post on the previous thread? Someone posted a video of the Saudi Arabians willing to build them a lot of Mosques in Europe but will not accommodate a single refugee... Go figure.wave

Democratic Debate: Was Hillary favored?

Hello CC.. I know you too, are a bit discouraged with these politicians but is there one at all that might capture your interest? I remember you saying they are all the same...wave wine

Democratic Debate: Was Hillary favored?

Brian, I am so impressed with your analysis because I have been feeling the same thing. On the rationale behind Sanders, I am most inclined to support him because not only he exudes power to be on his own but that he seems to be focused on what America needs at the moment.

It is possible that he will lost his individual strength and get capped out by these people to corrupt him but who is our next best choice?

Democratic Debate: Was Hillary favored?

I do have so much respect for the guy. Bernie Sanders, how do you feel about him? He has guts that is for sure, but I am a little concerned about him being too liberal.

Income disparity

A very rare trait Sophie and bless you Track.wave

Income disparity

Track why should it be a deterrent? I know it is not as easy if you had an income but I know some people who are with dates regardless if one of them had an income. You live in Canada, why don't your country provide some sort of welfare benefits? Here in my country, I know some people who has no job and they not only get cash, but given free housing and food stamps. So it is not like there is no income.

Just exploring the possibilities.wave

Exactly Tru, and I have driven a Citroen while I was in France with a right side driver and it was not easy but the truth is, it was my friend who is a retired Englishman living in France and find it easier to drive in England with it when he comes there. But going back to what is for who is, yes, I respect your laws, I am the foreigner and so must you when you come here, right?wine

This is the most legitimate reason why we have to establish our rules without jeopardizing who we are Kaet. I am with you 100 percent. I am the one who is helping them, they have to abide with my rules. It is not like I am harming them. Right? Now how difficult is it for them to understand that they are the ones who are in need and must not impose their beliefs and or ways that hurt the host country. That should be achievable, don't you think? Guys? Leaders? frustrated

Moose, this is what complicates the problem is the inability to face facts without getting emotional. So here is my proposal. Who needs who? The refugees. Would it be fair to say: Look if you want to be here in our country, can you at least respect our traditions? How difficult is that? I am with you Moose, if we need to get out of this religious stuff, why not,. Just be good to one another and apply the Golden Rule?

RE: GERMANY,,, WHERE ARE WE NOW ?

Yes Bab. I have seen personally with my own eyes. I met with retired statesmen from England, Scotland and Ireland (some of them are members here), and believe me, it is not easy.

We all agreed in the end, that if its not stopped right now, it will not be fixed anytime soon.

so like I said, let us all come up with a practical solution that is viable, sustainable and not hurting both Europe and the refugees.

Start a true screening who are the refugees. Send all those that are not. Period. Protect the border and be firm as to who must be accommodated based on being a refugee.
