It should not make a difference.
I know people who are very well educated and have no clue, and others who have very little formal education and are well clued in.
All them letters after someones name does not guarantee that they are a good person.

As long as some people have another person who they percieve as being lesser in any way to them they will jump on the band wagon and not try to keep their nasty mindedness to themselves but do all they can to spread the hate.

you have got your hands full and I know from experience it is a thank less job and is like talking to the wall.
If you can try be patient with him and even though you are mad at him let him know you love him.
Hopefully he will be ok and will find his way.
It's hard though and as parents we tend to blame ourselves.
Good luck and to all single parents there is only one word. Respect.
