What I was thinking was that, if the killer is 19 and got the ammo when he was 18, that at least they are more responsible in handling the use of the gun. Then I thought of it and if this is a case of mental illness then raising the age or not is not the solution either.
Exclusivity isn't a matter of time for me. Rather chemistry and understanding that both parties commit to each other. Until then each should be free to chat, talk or even meet anyone they want to.
Three months of talking to my partner, although when I decided after the first phone conversation that he's the one, I never talked to anyone anymore. He on the other hand was still chatting with others. After we met, four years ago, three months after the first phone call, then exclusivity began. We have never been away from each other ever since.
Wow I didn't even know that Colorado has started this program. Taking their safety in their own hands by arming and training the teachers.
Way to go. Step up to the challenge if only to make things right.
I do recommend to do everything and anything to prevent this calamity and it starts from awareness. If the Cruz killer have had a series of run in with the law, then that would have signaled the parents, teachers and the police to keep a watchful eye on him.
That is understandable of you to feel that way E. But in a situation where they could have been at least predisposed in facing an occurrence like this. I am sure, they are more capable of making the right judgment than any of these nutters.
I would agree to have armed guard if only to deter such a tragedy.
Arapaho, when I was there, albeit not too long, I felt the animosity of the citizens against the warm reception of the Australian government towards the Syrian refugees. The muslims so to speak. I had a first hand experience of some of my good friends there on this issue. It was very bad. Anyways, that is a totally different issue.
I was in Cains and what a beautiful place that is, specially in Daintree Forest.
But with your post, yes if they attack even the authorities, what a sad case that is.
Jealousy is not a cause. Rather it is a trigger that implies something is wrong. Jealousy when it is understood why, then to me, it is not bad. But continues jealousy without justifiable reason is not healthy.
If a hint of jealousy surfaces in a relationship, it can both signify insecurity and unpleasant feeling as the result. When love is strong and both parties are willing to lay all the cards on the table, then that should resolve the issue. But only the both of you can make it either a learning curve of the relationship or the beginning of the decay.
Ms. Contessa, that is my philosophy. Of course, there will always be an opposing side. Very much so on politics and we can't always see eye to eye. But the most important thing is we have to understand why the other side has a merit and or reason better than ours and open our minds. I am very sure that this issue, about pushing the agenda of the left by taking away our constitutional right doesn't serve well for our objective of making our country first and America great again.
It has been mentioned many a times that this is about mental issue, not about gun control.
I believe that if these deranged and mentally ill people would get the proper medication and care they deserve then we can definitely cut the occurrence of such a despicable tragedy.
Is gun control the solution to these unspeakable tragedies?
My what a sad story Galrads. Voting is so much of an easier decision than to kill or be killed for what again? Freedom?Anyways, I would rather that the age to own is raised coming from a democrat than to cut constitutional right.
