The clarity of the mind to understand dubious and hateful intentions always amaze me. You have that clarityJoy and as always, thanks for your good and positive advice.
Of course I don't hate anyone. How can I. After what I've been through, two chances of having a good life, I can't. I can only be thankful. But each and every one of us has the responsibility to choose what's right.
I'm hoping that even those jealous and negative people will see their wrong doings.
I can't change them, nobody can, that's why I ban them when they derail and undermine the core of my thread.
Come to me all you insulting people. Come and unleash your vitriol I must possess something that fires up your hate And my presence hypes up your excitement
You'll never find anything good on my posts Nor can you see anything beneficial in my opinions Like a snake you prey upon me While your loyal fleet of armies join you for the kill
Ah but I know deep inside of you You are weak and coiled in pain Lert me tell you one last time Your efforts are all wasted in vain.
And I, own the last laugh....
This is dedicated to those that do never see the truth.
WASHINGTON — A group of conservative Republican lawmakers introduced a resolution Friday calling for Robert Mueller to recuse himself as special counsel investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election.
Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, along with Reps. Andy Biggs of Arizona and Louie Gohmert of Texas, said Mueller should step down because he was FBI director during the investigation of a botched uranium deal between the Russians and Uranium One, a Canadian energy company, of which a portion of the uranium reserves required US approval.
Gaetz's issue is that despite evidence of corruption, Mueller's FBI did not bring any charges, therefore he should recuse himself from the current investigation of potential collusion between Russian officials and President Donald Trump's campaign, which is unrelated to the uranium deal.
So in relation to Mueller being pressured to recuse himself, based on his position as FIB director during this imbroglio, you think it will happen?
If they say anything untrue just to save themselves, like Napolitano said, it's extortion and bribery and yet it us allowed just make me sick of the system.
"The danger of such a deal is that Manafort and Gates may offer to tell Mueller what they think he wants to hear -- even if it is not truthful -- so that they can have their prison exposure lessened."
A lot of misinformation has been bandied about, started by the conspiracy website "intellihub", who published a very misleading story in June this year. “Hillary Clinton requested FBI Dir. Mueller deliver highly enriched uranium to the Russians in 2009 in secret ‘plane-side tarmac meeting’ New Clinton-Mueller Russian uranium ties surface in latest Wikileaks release”
So I looked further and low and behold it is true, however, not exactly as the misinformation portrayed.
"On behalf of the U.S. government, Robert Mueller delivered a sample of highly enriched uranium confiscated from smugglers in Georgia to Russian authorities for forensic examination in 2009."
However, the reason behind the handover is not published on the intellihub website, they don't want the truth to be read lol.
“There was nothing nefarious in the transfer of the ten-gram sample, which was done at the request of Russian law enforcement and with the consent of the government of Georgia, whose agents had participated in its confiscation.”
It was, in fact, a three country international criminal investigation into stolen Uranium. And nothing even close to criminal intent by those involved, as rumoured by certain right wing fanatics.
Above was published in several media sources, but seems to have been overlooked by those who wish to spread rumour and misinformation.
Hense the reason why Mueller is heading the investigation and does not need to stand down, he did nothing wrong. FACT.[/quot
Yes, misinformation because of fake news. My thread has nothing to do with that. Or is there?
My thread is about Napolitano's opinion on the goal of Mueller's investigation and his technique.
Please read below.
"Is this any way to conduct a prosecution?
I have argued for years that squeezing defendants and witnesses by threats and promises to get them to spill the beans is a form of extortion or bribery -- not much different from the extortion and bribery that the government regularly prosecutes. "You tell us what we want to hear and we will ask a judge to go easy on you. If not, you will suffer great losses." It is bad enough that the feds can legally lie to us and get away with it, but can they also legally threaten and bribe witnesses to testify against us and get away with it? Can they do this to the president?
In a word, yes. My arguments have fallen on deaf ears. Squeezing witnesses and defendants is a way of life for federal prosecutors. For the president, it is the tip of a dangerous iceberg.
Andrew P. Napolitano, a former judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, is the senior judicial analyst at Fox News Channel."
This isn't about whether Mueller has any credibility to do what he's doing just because of what he's done as claimed by fake news.
This is about the conduct or technique used on the investigation. Frying Manafort for his crimes before he was involved with Trump. Then use that as leverage for him to negotiate his sentence by providing information that can be used against Trump.
This is the core of my thread. As a professor you'd have understood the center of the discussion.
Please read below.
"The ultimate target of Mueller’s investigation is President Trump. It is standard operating procedure when prosecutors have a high-level target to charge those below the target with something just to get them to cooperate. Though the charges against Manafort and Gates need not be related to the Russians or to Trump, they must be real. It's clear they are, as each is facing more than 20 years in prison. Mueller believes that that prospect is enough to dispatch their lawyers to make deals with him."
This isn't about whether Mueller shouldn't be assigned this job because of what he did.
Fake news and false information going on is not my problem. You accuse me and many people of posting them that's your problem. Please don't derail this thread or I'll ban you. Professor.

I understand from this comment that involves not only the current administration but more so on the previous one.
I am at awe Crayons just looking at these exiting events unfolding, I wonder if it serves well for our destruction. Getting our focus out of the real threat and issues like that ic Korea and terrorism in our own country.
The show must go on
That's an overstated saying Look. But thanks, we all need to have peace. The world would be a lot better if only we practice what it means.
Thanks again.
