Its giving me a bit of anxiety. Kidney disease runs in my family and considering my past lifestyle, my kidneys is probably not in good shape right now. One saving grace out of it all is that the specialist told me it was fine to smoke all the weed I want lol.
It happens some years and its looking to be the case again this year. I am going to try something different this year and take a vitamin D supplement to augment the regular medications. Vitamin D helps in the production of a chemical in the brain that is important for good mental health. Lot of people here lack vitamin D in the winter because of lack of sun.

The obsessed ones are the worst, hey.
