Hi guys, you could help me with this. What if you met someone here and you develop a good friendship and you like eachother so that person takes a flight to know you without saying anything and now you are worried about your look and the dissapointment it could be.
I know looks are important to man so even if you had a good connection, if you are not a hot person your friendship would be ruined forever if there is not phisical attraction??
Yesterday I asked if look was so important when you develop feelings for someone. Some of you said it’s not so important. Others where very honest to say attractiveness it’s important indeed and some even stated that “only for friendship” looks are not a big deal. So I was thinking friendship can lead you to find love too and in that case could be because you took the time to see more than just the cover.
The media has overstated the cult of body and pretty faces so both have been embedded in society as "what should be accepted." This takes place in many areas from job opportunities to the concern about remaining alone. However in practical terms, it does not matter if the package is not perfect, the content is what counts. Nowadays it’s obvious that people who work on their body and physical appearance are luckier with the opposite sex. But what to say when the arrow of Cupid get people with an unrequited love. What is the fault in someone who has no the perfect figure or needs glasses or has some physical disability? In short, what is the problem not look like the stereotype of beauty? In my opinion physical and personality diversity makes interesting the human species.
You get in touch with a person that is very nice and you get along very well like you were friends the whole life. You know the other person heart and mind so you know has good feelings. Would you mind if when you meet eachother he or she is not so attractive or sexy like it was in your mind? Would that make you change your feelings?
I received a mail from a man like any others. As I do most of the times I replied thanking him for his nice words. Then he wrote back but I noticed that mail could have been written to anyone, I mean to any other woman in this world since he said he was such a good loving man willing to love with all his heart and romantic and stuff like that... I mean Im probably form this part of the world but Im not stupid... he even said on his mail he was not having sex for long time ago since he was waiting for the love of his life that would become his wife...ohhh thats such a lie I would never belive that and I dont think anyone would. Anyway I let him go with his lies waiting for the right time. I asked two times what was his job and he didnt answer so I was sure he was a lazy man looking for money. So today he told me he has his own bussines but needed more capital and if I invest on that he will give me a lot more with the interests. Ohhhh such a crazy man!! Did he really believe Im going to send money just because he is offering "love" wow so many crazy people in this world. So I was wondering do I look so desperated that scammers think I would do anything for some nice words???
I love getting flowers. They make me smile every time I see them. Flowers bring some nature into my life. Furthermore its really nice to see this sign of affection. Sadly thats not so common now, not even here where virtual flowers are free.
I think its kind of sad to know that nowadays nobody likes to show affection. Nobody gives a hug or flowers and I do not mean only partners but not even to those we love like our mother, father, siblings or friends and even worst we remember them only when we need them.
Are we expecting them to die to show our love? How many of us had a silly fight with a sister or a relative and only for pride dont ask for forgiveness and say how much they mean in our lives.
When my mom was diagnosed whit Alzheimer doctor predicted all her symptoms. Sometimes she was disoriented and could not remember something she did or said, so she started retelling the same story over and over. She used to be a very good cook and suddenly she forgot how to do it. Then she began to accuse us of hiding her clothes and almost everything. Over the months she admited she got disoriented even close home. When I confronted her she said "I'm not crazy" so she made me feel very bad. Then I realized she was no longer interested in going out or taking care of her look and if you made a comment about she was very upset almost furious.
Its still hard for me but even worse for my dad so I told him once he could leave the house to be with some relatives and to get peace since she is always blaming him when she "looses" anything. But then my dad gave me a lesson of real love when he said "I married her for life and Im not leaving her now or never".
Some days are very difficult but I know its time for us to remember how wonderful she was and give her all the love, patience and respect she deserves.

I had an e mail from a nice man few days ago and I replied accepting his friendship. He wrote back a couple of times and it was nice BUT today he sent to me the same e mail twice only changing the first line so I think he used that text for more people than just me.
Is that something usual? I know we just met but I think its fair to be honest and not to play trying "to fish" someone. We all deserve a little respect. Dont you think?
I've seen some posts complaining about scammers. I guess it's a big deal to many of you, but to be honest I dont have many e mails from them, happily.
I guess after reviewing where I am they get disappointed and decide to go find someone at the first world.
Either way I always follow my instincts. There is something in the way of writing of real people that scammers dont have and it's really not that hard to notice. Anyway I always try to be polite and answer most of the e mails I receive.
I think if I hope for the best, it could come someday.
So lets be optimistic...dont you think?

I was thinking tonight why some people dont want to build a friendship and try to know others better. I know Im too far away for some of you but I also think its very interesting to meet different people from around the world and to share life experiences and culture. I guess most people may by busy with real life but Ill keep trying to get new friends anyway.

It's one of those nights when you feel hopeless about many things. However I am aware that we all have problems and we must learn to deal with them. Surely many people suffer much more at this time and with much stronger reasons than mine. For them I pray to God, to the universe, so they can find peace in their souls and strength to move forward one day at a time.

Hi everyone. Few days ago I had an e-mail from a nice man. I thought it was a good idea to be friends too. However his idea was me giving him my facebook name so he could find me and see more pictures. I dont know what you think guys but for me thats too much after just one e-mail conversation. I understand facebook its a social net but for me its a good way to comunicate with relatives and good friends, and to become a real friend takes time and confidence.
On the other hand I think good friends are people who share interests and anjoy their personalities and that has nothing to do with the way I look on my pictures. What do you think??
