The last date I had texed so furiously to her friends it felt like they were part of the date, they got a minute by minute account of what was going on between us and how the date was going. I didn't mind as the date was not a normal one anyway..atleast she and her friends will not forget I...
We both agreed to go to a nice little spot over looking the sea, it was not far from where she stayed and said I'll pick her up a 5. There was a very nice seafood restaurant there and she smiled from ear to ear as we approched, I got out of the car and even opened the door for her, we sat on a picnic table for a while and I could see she was gazing at that restaurant behind me while we talked, so I said "I a bit famished myself, shall we"
Well I stood up and striped down to my shorts as fast as I could (of course she was freaking out and texing a million miles an hour to her friends..lol). "What are you doing!!!????" she said, "going to get dinner" I said and with that I headed towards the sea and hop in and pulled out, some of the bountys of the sea, yeah just like that, like two mintues it took..hehe.
After I dried off and put my clothes back on, I pulled the gas ring from the boot and humanly killed the crayfish and placed it into boiling water to cook for 7 mintues, while waiting for that to cook I shelled a few osyters, sea urchins (kinas), mussels and took the pre package salad I bought from the super market and placed it on our plates, our wine was a ginger ale punch, also pre-made and placed in a wine bottle...lol.
I think she ran out of credit on her phone cause she put her phone away while we ate and talked. Although we didn't have much in common and came from two totaly different backgrounds, I totaly enjoy myself and still laugh about it to this day...
Oh and if you wondering, I was at that spot a couple of hours before hand and placed our dinner there myself. Also, a special thanks to the boys from the east coast of NZ, for suppling the goods...
