I got up this morning and while drinking my coffee and watching the news a commercial came on showing a mother with child and dad walks in the door and the little boy runs to his dad..then on the screen comes BEING THERE.I remember years back another commercial that would come on late in the evening saying DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR KIDS ARE.Have we came to the point now that we need tv to tell us we are family or you have a family
..I remember as a young kid one thing I knew was that evening we would be at the supper table together and when I woke they would still be there,{now that was the days of family},,I know that divorce is at a high rate in the states but yet you can still be there for kids. Don't really know what I am trying to say here but thought, have we came to this..tv has to remind us we are family
I think I will call my family just to say hello, I love you
I got off work to day and earned my dollar.{you have heard of the saying a dollar a day}.Well after I stop off and paid Uncle Sam {the government} his fair share, or unfair share, I am not sure which it is, it was then to go and pay the Social Security people there fair share..OK,,now that is done I need to stop off and pay some utilty bills, ok took care of that and of course I need to stop and get a few gallons of gas,,,i can do this thing,,oh wait I still need to get some groceries..Wow I am home and I reach into my pocket to find all I have left is a shiny penny. What should I do, I hear a shiny penny brings you luck, should I keep it or put into the bank with the other penny..

At looking at some profiles I cant help but to laugh and try to understand what they are thinking when making a profile...I just love the ones that say looking for man 18- 99,, wow,this makes me think about a old show that use to play here,,LOST IN SPACE,where the robot would sling his arms and say WARNING,WARNING WARNING...What about when they say I don't want anymore kids but I will except yours,,,makes me want to send my son for a while,, then wait and see if they change this on there profile...what about occupation,,when they say they are into imports and outports,,,I wonder if the are a drug mule, swallow now krap later....There is many more but this is all I got for now,,,,Do you see the humour and I am sure you got more,,Yes there is humour in profiles
I am 60 in 2 more years I could retire, and yet still work some for income. The only problem I can not get medicare till 66. the difference in retiring at 62 and at 66 is only around 300 dollars and I can still work some if I want,,,which I will need to,,,my question is should I go at 62,, or wait till 66.....this is something that is really waying on me,,even though it it 2 years away.....I need serious advice please from someone who has been through this or someone who knows something about retirement
I remember over half of my life I took after my fathers side of the family. Was slim had a head full of hair, was real sensitive and well mannered always said yes sir yes mam thank you and you are welcome. I was also into all sports played them all, was always on the go and had so much energy.
THEN CAME THE CHANGE
Now,,,i am 60 kind of noticed the change around 50, not slim anymore what we call pot belly or beer gut,,even though I don't drink beer. The head full of hair is gone, and now I am least sensitive but yet caring, I do still say thank you and your welcome with less enthusiastic then before when younger,,haha. Now sports is just watched on tv,and all my go go is gone gone.
YES, I HAVE WENT THROUGH THE CHANGE,,,
FROM MY FATHERS SIDE OF THE FAMILY TO MY MOTHERS SIDE OF THE FAMILY.
Not that my mothers side of the family is lazy or disrespectful or just a mean bunch of people..
WE JUST HAVE TO BLAME SOME ONE RIGHT

I use to work with this guy who would always end is conversations with saying,,,do you know what I mean.. have you noticed when watching commercials on tv that have these bad jingles that after a while you start singing or humming them yourself...well here it goes,,,do you know what I mean,,,
seen the news,, there was no war,there was no hatred at each other, there was no disasters, there was no violence in hme and on streets,there was no homeless, there was no children going with out love, there was no invading on private property,there was not a seat left open in the churches,there was not a person that did not say hi to a stranger,,there was not a person who was hungry.......(THEN I WOKE UP,,so sad ]
