well mine has got me thinking, was I a unwanted child ?? my bath toys were a toaster and a radio, and I was always told {strangers have the best candy}.. they were always playing jokes on me,, one day when I came home from school they had moved
So how was your childhood,,i hope better than mine .. just a little saying to get everybody to laugh and enjoy the blogs...I really had a good childhood,my father died when I was 12, but my mother did a great job at raising 3 kids..my hat is off to single moms who make a home a happy one

Tiss the season to be jolly, We all know the Christmas song and it is inspiring. The word jolly means, "full of happiness and joy, happy and cheerful, very pleasant or enjoyable". the word was first known in the 14th century. Now i am thinking is there just a season to be jolly i would hope for my self and everyone that this would be all seasons. I look around and wonder "are we there yet" this is the time in our life to be happy, and to be cheerful, pleasant and enjoy what the Lord has blessed us with.So tiss the season "life"to be jolly GOD bless us all
I heard this expression the other day and have heard it often over the years. I have always have been confused about what they meant when saying this
So I had to do some research on this and found this, quote, The most popular form of this saying is"You cant have your cake and eat it too" confuses many people because they mistakenly suppose the word "have" means eat. The point is if you eat your cake now you want have it to eat later.

That is why I eat PIE, I believe there is going to be Coconut cream pie on every table in HEAVEN, oh yell and HAM.

I work with a large retail company and here we are during the holidays and a lot of customers. today and not only today I seen young kids running threw the store playing with toys leaving them on the floor just running wild. Father or mother no where in site and some times there with them. I was raised to be respectful and raised my kids the same way, I am afraid we have almost lost a generation, so I ask my self "what happened to our children"
A lady at work has been missing days of work from illness, she got a phone call to come pick up her kid from school she was sick. She did not want to leave work cause she has been off so she said she called on her family to get someone to go and pick up the kid for her, no one would go. I often hear of problems within the family of people I know, even so bad that they will not even talk to each other, even as far as hate. Some families will get together during the holidays with such tension you could cut it with a knife, and live out the rest of there life with such resentment and no concern. I thank GOD I have a family I love and they love me, I can depend on them and they can depend on me. I hope in all of the days of my life I will be a PEACEMAKER.

I am a dept manager in a retail company and recently a position opened and I was not interested in. another manager got it and it was a manager I trained.i know I should have respect and I do but at times it is difficult to take notes from them of what needs to be done when I already know what I need to do. I am a fraid this will build up to be a real problem with me and I do not want this to happen, i feel i am caught between a rock and a hard place
twice today I have received e mails from women with the same picture on there profile. I have seen this same picture at least a dozen times this year. when I asked why the same picture they respond with someone took there picture and used it . my reply was or you took theirs. scammers, I just love them and they must love me they keep contacting me
