Today it is the first day working of the week. Since yesterday was bank holiday. The weather is coldy, windy,rainy and cloudy everything in gray mode.
I read a news from my country that a blogger was arrested for blogging about a lieutenant general's family. Nothing is funny about the news. But this funny comment of the news has made me smile. All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than the others. So funny comparison.
It is funny when my friend wrote.

This afternoon I biked around in National university of Galway and along Corrib river. It is a really beautiful place to visit.
Then back to the shop street when I felt thirsty. I saw the Euro 2 shop so I came in, had a look around then I took 5 cans of Red Devil for 2 EUROs and a pack of 6 AA batteries for 2 EUROs.
I went out and stood against a pillar, fulfilling my thirsty and listening to street music. Wow. It was a really relaxing moment.
Afterward i went to shopping for my whole next week. I will make spaghetti. If no one shares I will enjoy it all myself.

Today 22/10 I have been in Galway for 1 month.
I felt lonely at first but now thank to internet and this site I feel OK. It will be great if there is a friend to make for weekend outdoor.I have put Aran Island, Connemara and Cliffs of Mohar in my plan of visit. But date is still to be defined.
I go shopping every weekend for the whole coming week. Just choose the most convenient food, not much preparation required.
I can buy rice at Ivory market and food in Tesco shopping center.
I can cook some vietnamese dishes during weekend. And one guy who shares the house likes to share my cook.
I like walking along the river, city inner ring and salthill beach in the afternoon on clear day. Here the sun sets on the Galway bay and it looks lovely. In my hometown the sun rises from the sea and sets on the mountains.
Last Saturday I came to the city and at the city dock I was very surprise to see so much fish under the water like rice noodle in soup. Some people were catching the fish easily and some were taking photos. Unfortunately I did not bring camera with me.
Now I feel hungry and need sth to fullfil my hungriness before I have complete other things.

Ah I just remember it should be a long weekend since Monday next week is bank holidays. In Ireland there are a lot of bank holidays all year round.
Today in Galway I feel colder than days I have been here, even though it is sunny during the day and cloudy in the late afternoon.
And it is my normal working day at my office.
But in Vietnam it is Women's special day. it is Vietnamese Women's day. Since this day in 1930 Vietnamese Women's association was founded.
According to me 365 days of a year should be Women's days for what Women have brought to this world,
for what Women have brought to Men's world and for what Women have done that Men could not do.
Even though most of Men are in position of making decision for organizations, associations, unions, nations or this world.
Even though Men have powerful muscles, strong mind, are the major person of family.
Men can not give birth to babies, can not milk babies and Men can not be perfect without Women.
Without Women, Men could not see powerless, fear and hopeless. In front of Women's beauty, sweetness and care, Men are nothing.
Men who can win over the the most dangerous wild lands, win over the highest mountains, cross the oceans but Men can be drowned in your tear drops Women, Men can feel hopeless in front of your sadness.
Wherever Men are on the peak of the highest mountains, in the deepest of the oceans
or far in the space in the distance of thousand years of light, Women's love can make Men fall in.

It is autumn in Galway, colorful plants, trees under Cloudy sky have a picture of peace but gloomy. It reminds me the scenery of early foggy morning when the first lights of the sun from the horizon cover my hometown.
Life is quite expensive. The house I am renting has the cost of over 350,000 EUR. It has 4 single bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor. Living room and a kitchen on the ground floor. The back yard is green with grass and a storage in which there is my bike. I love the design of houses at my staying area.
Around shopping center fresh Vegetable are really luxury stuffs and not rich, 1 pack of 150g spinach or watercress cost over 1EUR. corn on cobe, Pomegranates, cauliflower, broccoli, pineapple, pomelo exported from Vietnam, plump, tomatoes... . But potatoes and carrots have acceptable prices and there are variant potatoes on display.
Electronic devices and other stuffs are also about 30% more expensive than in HCMC but the quality can be assured.
Fresh water here can be drunk directly from home or public tapes without worry of stomach issues and it is completely free.
People here drive on the left but walking is not applied the same and tend to the right side. escalator is not large as in Vietnam, it is just large enough for one person and the other needs to manage passing.
People here are nice and friendly. They say hello and smile when passing by even though completely strange to one another. The eyes of Irish girls here look like the eyes of barbie dolls.
The air is so fresh, no dust even though car parking out site for weeks, this is the wonderful environment of breathing. I can see common areas of grass, plant, tree everywhere. It is easy to find public kids' playground and sporting ground here. So wonderful environment for adults' and kids' outdoor activities.
Cars here are major personal transportation, while in HCMC the major transportation is motorbikes not motors. In HCMC Cars like Toyota vios, Inova in Taxi service but here cars in taxi service look not much modern.
streets in Galway mostly have 2 lanes for 2 ways but rarely got traffic jam.

In Galway, Ireland it is a normal Sunday, cloudy but dry with a little bit wind. TV programs are not so interesting to me. But English is good to listen for practice.
In Hanoi, Vietnam it is the historical celebration for Thang Long & Hanoi of 1 millennium. The parades are so glorious in photos on internet. I am not there to feel the atmosphere of it. Proud of the nation, proud of the people and proud of myself who was born in such country of 4 thousand years of epic about forming and holding independence of the nation by paying blood, tears, lives of people. Glory Vietnam.
In Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, The big tide of 1.47m has damaged a part of dyke along Saigon river which is flooding many people's houses, streets. The residents have struggled to go home after work in flooded streets.
In the Mid of Vietnamm Quang Binh, Ha Tinh province. People have struggled their lives to survive after long heavy rains which flooded and damaged thousand houses and brought tens of thousand people homeless. Many areas are totally isolated and people of those areas are clothless, foodless and lives in hope of being rescued.
