I would say that applies to those that have zero education in psychology. Fortunately for me, my spine isn't in worse damage than it is. As it stands I'll be sleeping in a hammock for the rest of my life.
Apart from that PTST, OCD, and Anxiety are good reasons to get out before they could potentially have escalated to Borderline Personality Disorder.
I'd say my timing was decent, but I could have gotten out sooner had I not ignored red flags.
