Writing a Book

Soooo,

a friend of mine is encouraging me to write a book about fasting and how to do it successfully, because it comes so easy to me, while she and many others in our group struggle with it.

I'm kicking the idea around, sounds like it could be a fairly easy write.

At first I was concerned with how little content would be in there, however I have another friend that
fasts and she eats horrid ish to break her fast. Processed foods! Like are you effing kidding me???!
Seriously, omg!

So yeah, I gotta include the proper way to prepare, tricks on how to stick with it, and also the best G.I. friendly way to break the fast.

New project, yeah yeah yeah

New project, yeah yeah yeah

Please remind others of the danger of fasting with distilled water.
I encourage you to write this sooner than later.
wave the time is right when you look at our health, our economy and mindsets.
Fasting confused Not really my thing...

Processed food love O yesss !!! Tell me more about it... grin

If the reward of fasting is gonna be junk food then I'll gladly consider about it !! giggle
@RoseHipster

Aye, thank you. I'm already brainstorming it grin

Interesting, I've never fasted with distilled before. I'll do some research on that one. I'm assuming that's because it's devoid of essential minerals and neutral on the pH scale. At least, that's why Dr. Sebi discourages ever drinking distilled water at all - fasting or not. I've always used either herbal tea, or Mountain Valley Spring Water for my fasts. I prefer naturally alkaline water from geyser or volcanic source, due to the mineral content. Except for the few dry fasts I've done, but those are rough
