need weight loss advice :)

hey ya'll when i was 16 i weighted 115, and as soon as a got pregnant i started gaining weight, unfortunally i weigh 155 rite now and i want to weigh 125, everything i do dosent seem to be working :( can anyone give me any advice?? anything would be appricated :) thanks

Try cutting down fatty foods and exercise daily, and I understand your problem, and it boils down to hard work and great stamina to keep at the scheme. you wil lose and you will gain more happiness of your body. I wish you luck. oh and I noticed you have been visiting my profile a few times, now, and everytime i delete you and you come back? may i ask wats attracting you to visit my profile? I have nothing to offer you, as you are only 18, and I do appologise for my comments made to you in your blogs previosuly, I meant wat i said, however I may not of been tactful in the way I was commenting you. You should try swimming. If you have a baby you can do that together!

It is such fun to go to the swimming pool with a child, you will get in shape and you will not even know when.

I think that you should change your habits, for example instead of driving to the shop, just walk, instead of eating chocolate, just drink some sweet juice.

Smoothies also help!

When one deals with this kind of behemoth mass and is being on the receiving end, all of their things shudder for a brief moment and then they lay brain dead and then the ordeal you alluded too come to an end. All of it is quite challenging, but I guess there are still men out there who still risk a great deal to be a part of it.

have you heard this--20 minutes before a meal, drink 10-12 oz. water. (there must be time between drinking the water and eating). It is not usually recommended to drink DURING the meal, as this makes you think you're not full. Chew thoroughly and eat slowly. (I weighed 247 lbs, now am at about 180. If I can do it, anybody can. I'm your original pizza, omelette, patty melt, club sandwich, waffles and syrup guy). You will do it. You are beautiful.cool
Th best thing about this blog is that we get to see a face like Jeena's. Kitty can starve herself to death, I could care less, but wow jeena is lovely.

Isn't it normal to gain weight when you get pregnant? As soon as you give birth you'll probably lose at least 10 lbs.
i gave birth a year ago lol and i lost abt 15 in tha process
try drinking more milk and eat chicken to help u lose weight

how many miles you give in a gallon...I mean how much you walk after drinking a bucket load of milk?

low calorie diet, for a man, he should only eat 1,500 calories a day and a woman should eat less I believe 500-300 calories less.

good luck on your diet, I know it worked for me I lost 30 pounds already.
Dont starve yourself but eat smaller portions when you eat exercise and most of all be happy with yourself !
