No!!! not entirely correct. You had the idea but the correct meaning of EYES- is the window of our soul...not only for women but for the whole human beings/or I would say all the creatures in the planet. he,he,heconfused

In a way I agree the eyes are the window to the soul.

But....you can't always go by the eyes....seriously..I've witnessed myself the eyes of a person turn dark and evil. I'm not talking about if looks could kill. The eyes actually changed..very scary.

Um, sometimes I have to be careful, cuz I've been told by more than one person that I have a certain look in my eyes. The funny thing is I don't always mean to!blushing
