The people you meet online

What's wrong with some of these people you try to talk with online? Once you get their attention, you try to send messages back and forth to get to know a little about them. conversing
Then, if you get contact them outside this site by internet, they
act like they don't want to talk. scold If you ask some things about them to try to get an idea of the type person they are, they don't want to tell you anything. doh How are you supposed to get to know someone if they won't tell you anything?
