Correct timing to drink water, will maximize its effectiveness on the Human body.

Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs

One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion

One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure


One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack

Hey, thanks for posting this. I'm always aware and try an drink alot of water every day but always wondered when was the best time, when it would do the most good professor good work!
Very interesting, thanks. I didn't know it made a difference what time water was drunk and thought just sipping regularly throughout the day was important. What people don't know though is just 2 litres (that is usually recommended) may not be enough. You can Google the amount that should be drunk according to your height, weight and activity. Obviously a heavy tall man or woman doing a very active job would need more water than a light in weight sedentary woman or man.

I have been working with my chainsaw last two dayes, and learned that it`s probebly a good idea to drink some water BEFORE you fainth...(the weather is hot)grin cheers
umm.. i will try to find out correct timing to drink water during chain saw as well .. laugh
probably a good basic standard,you have to make adjustments according to your workload and weather enviroment in our summer and when working 5-8lts is common
