Nothing quite beats the satisfaction . . . OKAY (don't shout at me) ALMOST nothing beats the satisfaction of achievement, especially if it is based on goal setting. Setting your sights on the target and working towards it. The thrill of closing in on that target, the smell of it, the taste of it, hits you long before you aquire it. And when that target is in hand and you've closed the deal . . .

By most accounts, not a major achievement, and for some it might be an "oh, whats the big deal ? ? ? ? . . ."
But for me it's about more than just the item itself, its about achieving what you set-out to do.
My first computer was a laptop - 15 yrs ago, I've gone through about 5 - 6 computers since then, but today I just bought a laptop again.
