Help regarding posting pictures in blog

Can anybody help me out on how to post some pictures in blog. There is an "IMG" option, but for that one need to point the picture URL to some other sites. Is there any other way to post it. Cut and past is not working.

start with saving a picture to your harddrive and then upload it here
