Gita as it is!

You know that gita is an epic based totally on the theory of karma,and it is niether promoting any religion nor it is written against any cult.but in russia the govt put ban on it,the book was translated in russian language by the authorities of iskon temple(radha krishna temple) there.i don't know why the religious leader are afraid of it?

hey Dervish, thats really strange..why those gita guys hvnt registred there as a sect or whatever religious organization and got a permissiondunno ..they allow to built mosques and synagogues and many more religious temples there so i think gita guys wudnt hv any probs there if hd all their docs alright.

I am surprised. Why should anyone be afraid of a text written 5000 years ago? Even if it is preaching its own religious beliefs.

Bhagavad Gita belongs to the rare scripts saved from the ancient past and it contains all the beauty of its time.

Oly, gita is not a sect but it is a book on karma Written by an ancient sage.And i wonder that why the people taking it as a challange to their religion?Although the intellectual person around the world say this book as scientific thesis on human thoughts.

Vyoleta, not only in india but the people around the world who know the importance of this epic are astonished.Actually it is the main source of the' theory of karma' which the people are now following.
