Oh hello koziciwave

I have never tasted souflaki yet but I believe it tastes really delicious as I have quite often eaten pork meat satay in family's party. This menu is quite popular in my father's home town and they grill the satay with chili seasoning all over the meat you can see the picture below

We call it "Sate Babi Rica-rica" (Sate = satay, babi = pork meat, rica-rica = chillies)

Lachi, Here in Puerto Rico they call that type of cooking pinchos. Pinco is Spanish for " spike " and any skewered meat ( or vegtable ) cooked over an open fire is called a pincho . Usually they are covered with some kind of salsa and they are eaten all year round . They are perfect for the beach because you can pre-cook them and just heat them on a small hibachi . I make my own BBQ sauces and use them on pork, chicken and even shrimp . You just eat them on the stick ( no tableware ) and no you never get tired of them . So what are you waiting for ? The beach party is about to start without you . . . wave
