I Love Drink, healthy Drinks
How is important to drink, our body need water to our energy and healthy drinks, sometimes it help us. I love to drink, especially healthy drinks. This is a few of traditional healthy drink and also compote of Indonesia traditional, so yummy and fresh 
I would love to introduce them to our blogger CS
1. Wedang Jahe (Ginger Drink) Helps the body fight colds and flu. Ginger contains antioxidants that help neutralize the damaging effects caused by free radicals in the body.
2. Bandrek
3. Es Cendol (cendol ice)
4. Cincau ice
5. es kacang merah (the red bean ice)
6. Es teler
7. Minuman Kacang Hijau Hangat (drink warm green beans)
8. Minuman Kunyit Asam (turmeric acidic beverages)
9. Sari Kacang hijau (green bean juice)
This is all my favorite drinks, when in the raining season, Better I am drink the ginger, bandrek, green bean juice. If the hot weather, like today. I am prepare Es Teler (coconut slide, avocado and jack fruit plus milk and coconut oil plus ice). Read Bean Ice, also yummy
and es cendol also, I love the brown sugar....
