i hate it !!
I am PMSing badly right now and it's really annoyingMy PMS is unbelievable for about a week before my period i'm very depressed, cranky ,feel exhausted and hate my duties and chores around the house .
and u know what ... When my period rolls around I do get lazier and I am always starving
To someone who hasn't experienced this, this probably sounds like a controllable problem but it's not.Even though I know I'm PMSing, I still think my thoughts and mean feeling are valid and convince myself that this is how I really feel. It's horrible
Has anyone been through this? Any easy ways to feel okay?

@aswina : many people said that contraception pills will give me weight gain thats why i dont take it
I think most women suffer from this,and we can try many things,but think we are just cursed to live with it.
It is ok most of the womans have that problem u know, you juts need accept it and learn how to controle your nervs and relax. Don't stress coz then all around you get scared
I do not recomand you pills or anyhting that cna make it worst, just relax drink some warm tea maybe you can relax on bathtub for some time and then u will feel better. But not in hot water nop just warm water.
