You Are Innocence Till Prove Contrary
This is the beauty of our democracy here in America...not perfectbut not tiranny...John Edwards was not guilty in one charge mistrial on the other 5...I'm not defending the man but our justice system...others countries the suspect is guilty untill
he proves contrary but not here...I don't believe in death penalty but today's technologies people had been saved from that
punishment...thanks to the DNA...And Justice For All.

We are far from perfect but we still have "pretty" much equal treatment for all. Sometimes our laws fail but they can be rectified albeit years later but they still work. I, too, am against the death penalty because our system can let the inmate waste time and money through our appeal system.
