Fluoridation is the unsafe process of adding sodium fluoride (hexafluorosilicic acid) to poison tap water supplies (sometimes in the form of refined soot from big corporation smokestacks). Adding arsenic, lead, and cadmium to public drinking water part of the fluoridation process. "We're lowering the IQ's of our children".Wow,I feel i become like a Battery,anyone has a charger?

I wanted to talk about it 6 months ago and i had no time,only today,i was talking with friends about water and i thought to put it here just in case you still healthy and kicking and not sick and of course still have some of your own teeth .
Let me tell you this from one of my colleague,when i first saw him,he was 28 years old and he had very small teeth,i asked him why you have that,he told me he was drinking "Cola"
,yammi yammi,every night for years and he didn't brush,so day by day that acid in the Cola was eaten everything.
I know it's other subject but it is important to inform others about it.P.S: if you have a artificial teeth,you can skip this and smile

In this days you don't know what paste tooth is good what to try, i try them all and the same efect just some let you a refreshing taste but after few time you feel like you didnt brush.
Guess what my grondfather at 89 years old have all his natural teeth in his mouth. But he never eat on restaurants or buy food from the city always eat his vegy from his own garden and drink his own wine and alcohol he made or from the country side, he never like the big city only 2 times he come to the city in his life. I told my mom when he die i take all his teeth they are all straight and white no caavity and he dont even knwo what tooth paste is.
There are a lot of factors as you can see in the link .I seriously do not like all the drinks in the markets all of them is contain sugar and acid and colors nothing is natural .
About the paste ,i use very little and do not brush for long as they say.I never had any problem with my gums . Your grandpa had a natural life not like now and most farmers eat healthy food,but not here,they buy every things from the market!
Not much of a choice but there you have it.

You always funny,the reason i grow vegetables in my little garden just to clean my body for about 3 months from 9 month eating only bad vegetables,you know in the market they do not grow naturally and some of them are genetically modified .Imagine what will happen in our body if we keep eating those things .
By the way i heard Tom Cruise is single again,maybe he will be here,get ready.

I have no time and greenhouses cost more money specially i need to use more electricity to have a static temperature ,above 18 degree celsius,it's not good idea,i already thought about it.

ECC, early childhood caries is now here so again, as children eat extreme a lot sweets and drink just sweet bevarages and the adults also.
Unfortunetly flouride is put here also everywhere, water, tooth paste etc.
The best quality of water from tap is in Vienna and in Zurich, as you get the water from Alps and glaciers.
I think it's very necessary to look closer,you think you are healthy now,that is true,but the effect of the fluoride will be later and not immediate.
So every things will stay in your body,as i said you become like a Battery full with all ingredients,ready to be charged !!....If you can find a charger for it!!It will be okay,but if not then you will get all that problems later in life.

When i want to cook beans and chickpeas,i add baking powder to speed the cooking process and to make my beans/chickpeas really soft .Of course i add them with all kind of cakes .I do not know about the baking soda,i think it is the same.
I visit my dentist every 6 month and i feel he always searching(digging)
I have seen how they test tap water,it is horrible result,really dark,i will search for a clip to show the test process ,it is really scary ,in some countries like UK ,people are regularly poisoned with that water.

I tasted the real water,one of the best,it's directly from the waterfall,it is clean and very fresh and tasty.Here we do not have good water,but they control it very good and i do not buy it from the plastic bottles,it can harm too.
