QUIT BAD HABITS
how many of us , want to quit bad habits , like smoking , or drinking , or eating too much , or even leave our partner , cause its bad to our health????always say: u will need proffesional help, but its a trick u know.
i agree but after U will decide to quit.the catch here is to make up ur mind , by urself.
is it ABOUT quiting smoking??no one can help if U r not psychologically and physically ready to do it. the same ABOUT a diet or leaving ur unwanted partner or friend.
its U who have to fight inside u and win the battle , then u can ask for help , proffesionally or friendly .
if u can make a start , u have done the half of what will need to do.
but only U can make this start , alone .
ur ppl and proffecionals can help u keep on going .
i celebrated a few days back 2 years without smoking.this topic is a tribute to that wise decision

quiting was easy , keep on no smoking is the diff part, but it was ok and still is.
