Irony theft
i walked into a supermarket, and after gathering a few frozen foods found my way to the magazine rack..of course there were immediate covers of models actress, gun magazines, football players.....then there was one science magazine with a computer image of the human brain on the cover, i glanced at Maxim first of course, then picked up the science mag that surprisingly had no real title, i expected it to be a national geaograohic...then i thumbed through it to find that science, neuroscience...has defined ares of the brain and their immediate purposes and functions. In actuality there is a huge area of the brain responsible for "judging"..more specifically other people. This sincerely interested me, and threw me to the observation that if the act of judgement is a physical area of our own minds then, there is coherently no such thing as a leader,or even religion for that matter.Anyway, i've been in the grocery store before, and happened to have a pair of scissors in my pocket, so i looked over my shoulder, knowing that i was on camera anyway..and cut out the diagram of the area of the brain responsible for "social judgement".I knew of only one surveillance camera that i could reach without a stepstool or ladder, i quickly chewed my last piece of gum and with nervous hands stuck the judgement diagram to the surveillance camera imagining what the security guy's conversation consisted of, i heard "what the hell would the judge say in court?this guy's probablly on something, but this is one to remember,is this a paradox?who's judging who,we're observing him,and he's teaching us about ourselves, i've never seen anything like this before,my god..what are we really doing here,i'm going to change professions i'm not god....let's just let him go" I put the scissors in my pocket and walked out the door...later I'll go back to buy a beer, but don't worry....I'll pay for it:)
