Space Dive

OMG wow has any of you heard about that man who space dived? I've been thinking about sky diving but what he did was way over the top. That was simply amazing.

What are your thoughts on sky diving, bungee jumping, and thos other extreme/dangerous past time? laugh cheering

Red Bull sponsored the dive. A president of a country made the comment something to the effect of the following.

"It is somewhat embarrassing that an energy drink's space program is more advanced than our entire nation's,"

Wow Redex! (I hope you don't mind if I called you by your username, pardon me if you don't) Yes, I watched it on CNN and the man said that it indeed took years of research and working with a great team that aims for success. I can't really imagine myself standing and looking down at the Earth on that capsule - I'd probably have to scream my lungs out before I make that step. But that would be great to try that.

12000 ft is no joke either, heck, I already go gaga on a roller coaster ride but skydiving definitely is on my bucketlist of things to do before I go poof. ^_^

Yes to me it makes sense tie some strings to a tent and jump rolling on the floor laughinggood luck. Now its always fine if all goes well otherwise good old gravity will smack mother earth in your face very hard rolling on the floor laughing doh doh doh yay yay yay wave

Any activity with a d or an e in the word is totally out of the question for me. I'm scared of heights, I'm scared of the water, I'm not fond of snakes, etc. If I were meant to be anywhere but right here on Terra Firma, I would have been born with wings. Since I wasn't, earthbound is where I'm staying. No dangerous activity for me. I have enough adventure in my life right now, just trying to stay alive on my bike, with all the traffic we have here.
