bwaaaahhh my face is swelling AGAIN!!!
I have a blocked saliva duct on the right side of my jaw and every now and then it blocks and my face painfully swells and eating becomes very difficult because the right side of my mouth produces no saliva. Some weeks it happens 2 or 3 times, other times there might be a week interval when everthing is normal. Today is a particularly bad day because it swelled right up before I even ate anything and it is eating that mostly triggers it
It hurts and I look like a frog face on one side!!!!
I want to have a nice fat ham sandwhich but it will hurt more!!!

I love ham and V-8 juice but had to cut back considerably.

could right well be the diet. I dont eat any articial ingredients, no sugar, no tea, no sauces, no fried food.
Just plain boiled or steamed food, with a bit of salt, and I find I dont have a pain in my body, for 5 years since I did this.
I dont drink fuzzy or any cooldrinks, only water.
If I feel or crave for tea or coffee, I have a cup of boiled water.
I have a musculane superb build, my skin is still tight like a youth etc, and I only pick up light weights for exercise about 2 or 3 times a week for an hour.
my mouth ulcers are all gone that I used to suffer from, no more migraines, hardly a headache.
I think its the diet. hard at first, but your taste buds adapt.
