Life has knocked me down a few times, I've seen things i never want to see again, But one things for sure, I'll always get back up, i will never stay down. Don't rely on someone else for your happiness and self worth. Only you can be responsible for that. If you can't love and respect yourself - no one else will be

people will always break us down...
but lets not allow them to cripple us permanently..
lets try to pick up the pieces, rebuild ourselves and stand up stronger than ever...
wheeew.. seems easier said than done but no harm in trying

For along time I was begining to see myself as a punching bag where life knocked me down so many times.

I felt as if Down was begining to resemble up.laugh

I knew and learned from the hard knocks though out my life that I couldn't depend on others to bring me happiness and that I had to love myself first and create my own happiness.
