happiness

Guys... what is happiness mean to you? my friend said, that is tricky question and not possible to be answered. Do you think so ? I know the answer will be different...

For me happiness is to be alive. To feel I live and breath. For me happiness is to walk in the nearby forest and feel my body works, despite of it's ouches... Happiness is also to be with my two darling grandkids, and to hug and kiss them, and to see my son. Happiness is to be inside my home and see how wonderfully romantic my home is, it is to be able to sit back in the sofa and reading a book or see a TV- series I love about nature, the universe or other things that fascinate me.
Happiness is to feel alive and breath freely and to just put on some shoes and go walking in the nearby forest. Happiness can be so may things if you let it in to your life. I feel happy every day, every minute of the day because I am able to walk and to be myself and love myself. I am filled with a happiness feeling every day I wake up , and that makes me feel good. teddybear

Happiness for me comes to me with my brain, because when I walk I produce endorphins that releases and make me feel good. But when you feel happy in your brain, you feel sort of happy in your heart too...There is no separate feeling , it is a package. teddybear

Here in Norway there was a reality serie about how to be happy.
A bunch of people who had most of the things that we all think we need and want to be successful.
So it was all about the mental state of mind.They learnd happiness by exercise...dunno People are strange...They need to be told!cool wine

Happiness is a way of living. It does not come by itself. You have to work on your happiness. It starts with accepting your own limitations. Happiness breeds in contentedness. Material gain brings you no closer to happiness.

A lot depends on the preson.Some people its friends and family And some people its cars and money.For me its my kids and grandkids and you guys.Oh and a campfire and a cooled beer.cheers hug grin

never cross in my mind that money/material can be used as happiness benchmark scott... money can't buy my happiness, but yes friendship has mean a lot compared to anything. I leaved everything to my ex. for my happiness... as a happy single woman and I never regret it

Happiness to me is Jesus Christ. Then He blesses me (a happy) then from there the love of God the Father (Agape love) has entered my life and then guess what? I'm happy.
