and one should always drink darjeeling tea with milk to enjoy it fully and at its maximum potential. it tastes best with milk.
the basic difference between first and second flush is strength. second denotes that the tea is more strong in flavour and aroma.
one can enjoy many varieties of it. darjeeling green tea, darjeeling white ( touted as healthier than black ), darjeeling handrolled ( no machine ever involved in the process ) etc.
i mix authentic darjeeling tea with authentic assam tea to create the perfect tea that suits my taste.
your supremacist view is highly objectionable. letting ( outsourcing to ) the parents deciding their loved one's future does not make their culture backward or the person stupid. there are perfectly logical reasons behind it like lack of time or poor decisive skills of the outsourcer. even match-dot-com's algorithms do that for millions of people albeit for a fee.
