How To Change Location That Is Not In The List

I saw some who can change location to new location that is not in the same list... Example : from Pakistan to UK....from Carribean Sea to UAE...from Australia to Turkey and Italy...



How can you do that ???
I got a mail from someone who suddenly changed his location ...from UK to Australia... How could it be ???????????

I was able to do that last time. You just go chqnge location... Specify the city first. But if the mods see that ur location in ur profile isnt the same to your actual location that goes with your ip address, they will ask u to change ur location... :)
