dont understand

always thought family is important.but why do there have to fight and cause trouble when both mom and dad are gone over the estate.

Because like mine there will is not far im not going to contest it cause the judge will honer the will so i loose.

I had that probblem with my older brother and sister , they seamed to think they were owed all the realy expenive good stuff and everything they didn't want they threw it into a big pile on the floor and when they were gone I took what was left on the floor ...at least I realy learnt what type of people they are ....I know now that I will never see them again ...wave

even the closest families can become bitter and hostile to one another in such situations,,sad to see it happen,but it often does,,one big aspect is money as im sure you realise,and often peoples emotions are a little jaded due to bereavment and grieving,a real shame when this happens,as its a time where families really should pull together instead of fight each other...

Yea theres no way my brother the executive of the will whos getting it all will split it 50/50 never happen when he gets it he can retire! Im retired now lol just poor.
