I go for a walk in the garden or countryside if I wish to change moods...feast my eyes on nature, watch & listen to the birds..
They are always happy...laugh

If not...listen to some good music..guitar

Hi Spring, maybe you should try visiting Lavender Cottage there. Its like a lavender garden with a restaurant and so beautiful,,,I had waffles with lavender honey and ice cream, its to die for and I'm sure it will cheer you up. I tried making the lavender honey here but its just not the same!dancing dog dancing dog dancing dog
