Only need to remember that: joy, warm and sweet time,The memory of those black or gray, all from mind erase,If not completely delete the memory, also want to forget as much as possible……Until all of the past is no longer a dull ache.

To delete the Memory..is to remember to forget..its not that easy to do....and to be happy...one must somehow always have outside forces at work....

I don't want to forget anything because I look back now and I know what I don't want to do. If I forget what was bad I might repeat the problem again.

But you are absolutely correct. Happiness is a choice. And I choose to be happy!
