I think she means golf handicap. I have a 10 par handicap, so I guess I don't qualify. laugh

She means someone that will be productive in a relationship instead of leeching off her.

let, you just have to be patient and keep an open eye for the man of your desires. You will have many leech's trying to hit on you. Just be patient!!
