AM Delivery

Anyway I Dont Have To leave Till Around 4 Or 5Pm Tonite..As Its A 4AM Delivery...Ill be On The "Night Shift"
Its hard To see Stuff At Night To Write Down...But Who Knows What There Will be On The Night Shift
What I Dont Like is Ill be Sleeping During The Day(Thats Different)
But At least There Will Be A Place to A Park(As There is A Shortage Of Parking for Every Truck Thats Out There)

One of my older brothers drove a rig as well where he hauled new vehicles to different parts of the U.S.

Stopped a rest area last night and I think it was just past exit 158 or something like that and the parking area for rigs was packed that they had to park where the cars park.And of course as usual people in cars were cutting in front of the rigs.I guess some people don't care or realize that those rigs don't stop on a dime.
Anyhow nam have a safe trip.

Some people have got it in their minds that somehow truck drivers are rich too.I have to laugh sometimes when I hear some people say that.Truckers are in no shape or form rich.It's the companies to which they haul that have all the money.
My brother would no more get home from a run sometimes and have to go back out again.
I get 40 Cents A Mile....Thats it
Ive had Some people Say They Thought We Made At least 50 Bucks An Hour
I heard the sleeping cab isn't all that great to sleep in too.Not really a lot of room.If people want to think what the drivers do is sleep.

What With listening To trucks idling All Night Or A refridgerator truck Going constantly next to you
They Always seem to Find me...........
And Sometimes That 40 Cent "Mile" Can Take forever With road construction And accidents..................
as the years pass, not so with that industry, as the HWYs
are 80% more crowded than 35 years ago, which raises the
percentile of absolute morons behind the wheel, plus the
added distractions of personal devices.
But Thats never going To happen............
I've felt like walking up to the ones who do all the complaining about truckers and bet them that they couldn't do their jobs.
I have to admit that I probably couldn't handle the rigs either.
My Biggest Concern before I leave To Staret A Day(Or Any other Truck Drivers Is)
Where Will I be Able To Find A Parking Place After A 14 hour Day...

That is why in one of my other comments I posted that I do have a lot of respect for truckers.
If not for the truckers goods wouldn't get to the stores etc.
