In conclusion, the media along with other social institutions plays a large role in how women are viewed. A horrible example is being set for today’s youth, and men are taking the degradation of women in the media to the extremes, thinking that they can degrade women in everyday life as well. With the constant representation of women being viewed as nothing more than s*xual objects, women themselves are beginning to feel as though they have little or no potential, as well as no self worth.

So, it's 3rd day of my trip to HQ. It's nice to know French coleagues here. They are all lovely.

Today on the way back from office, it was snowing giving me a very special feeling about this trip.

So, after long flights with 2 transits. I'm now arrived France where the HQ of company I'm working for located.

Everything was good except that my luggates not arrived! :(

My colleague was so kind to offer me using his 12 years old daughter clothes as I have almost same size than her! :)

He invited me and my other colleagues join his family for dinner. I was so supprised that they eat Vietnamese foods! The grandmother of him is Vietnamese. The 2 kids are lovely. His wife is friendly and lovely too. We had good dinner together and I'm appreciate for his daughter helps with the clothes. It looks a bit funny on me but it's comfortable and keeps me warm. Hope the airline will find my luggates and send me soon, otherwise it's a big inconvience.

I'm in the mood of missing someone! :(

It is well known that life is a long journey with much bitterness and pain. I believed this perhaps because of my limited knowledge and lack of experience. Then a spiritual incident changed my life and now I strongly believe that a happy heart makes a happy life which lasts a lifetime for the others as well.
Life is full of unexpected things which could prevent us from the hope of reaching the scale of happiness. It is necessary to struggle against ourselves. When we start thinking in a different way instead of demanding from others, we really open the door to the real happy life. Only if we could feel joyful after having been tortured by reality, could we understand what real happiness is. I believe real happiness exists only when we have faith in God but it cannot be explained by someone who has not experienced this.
It is believed that life with the right person is a great happiness; on the other hand, with the wrong person, it is bitter and painful. The question is who is the right person and how can we become complete and by whom. The only thing I know so far is that a human can become complete ONLY with the grace of Jesus Christ. We should be at least willing to meet with His Will and His Commandments.
Regarding a "good" person, most people think somebody good is the right person to be with. This is possibly true. But the problem is that I do not know what defines a "good" person. I would say as an example, personally I could be a good person for A whilst a bad person for B. So it depends upon the two people.
Every one of us is looking for true love. Certainly, many people believe in true love according to their own understanding but without reaching it. I have asked myself what is true love and it has not been answered yet. I hope that one day I will receive the best answer.
An author has said: "you have to immerse yourself in an unfamiliar world in order to truly understand your own." It is very simple but very difficult for us to learn and to be aware of our self. We should ask: "Who am I?" "Where do I come from?" "Where am I going?" "What do I want and need?" and "How can I achieve it?" Perhaps we are eager to know whether we are the right person for the other. So before we find her or him, first of all we ought to learn our self. It will be very useful, if we bear in mind that learning and understanding our self takes a lifetime. We must follow our Creator’s path on Earth.
All in all, I believe in true love but I do not believe it will ever happen to me due to lots of uncertainties. Furthermore, it is extremely hard in these newfangled times to find true love. It is essential, therefore, to be friends with Jesus.
Love, however, is not a human invention, inspiration or product. It is a gift from God. Therefore it has to be completely understood that love far from God and without God, is just a false love. This is the reason that millions of marriages have broken down. Nowadays it is very difficult (if not impossible) for a man and a woman to find true love in each other because we all have our own failings and faults, we want to live far away from and without our best Friend.
Last but not least we must understand that the real, genuine, true love is God and that only if we open our heart to Him and allow Him to help us to activate love, will we be able to love Him and each other Therefore becoming friends with Jesus is the only way, if we wish, to find the right person and to become complete.

This is not a goodbye to this site. It's a goodbye to my dearest friends who I know well that will never leave me for any reason...



I will miss you all a lot... See you next week when I'm back home...

I was just adding books to my profile, will add a few more every day. It made me think, though, some of you travel a lot, you'd maybe have some suggestions for reading on the plane?

I hate flying (definite downside of being in LDR relationships) so much that I have to take Valium to cope with the crowding and claustrophobia. Finding books that are interesting even when I'm doped, but not too complicated, funny but not laugh-out-loud-in-public, is a big problem.

Suggestions? I really like writers like Sue Grafton, if that helps, light thrillers. No erotica (don't want to be blushing on the plane) and I really loathe romantic misunderstandings and heart-searchings, they give me anxiety attacks.
