I have a friend that was stuck in Africa-the moderater,did not give the benifit of a doubt, though I know it sounds fraudulant, it wasn`t a scam. I happen to have the given access to "Terry`s bank account,& credit card number. He was "taken" by a client for the cost of a rental, ther that he did not count on-it maxed his card out to pay the price. Not being a citixen of the U.S. yet, he could not get help, staying at a hotel, as his bank account was not accessable to have money wired. But everything is fine now, as he got paid & is in route back here. He is a very nice person,that was in dire straights. He did not ask me for money. I did not realize that not being a citizen, would create a problem to get help from any goverment services.We agreed to part, as I`ve known him for a while, he was getting serious, & I felt he was too young for me.

Just for your info I looked up Pinesville GA on my map program. It is nothing but a dot on the map in the middle of nowhere. A lot of times Nigerian scammers will say they live in the US because CS wont take their registration from Nigeria. They consistantly pick a rinky dink location to avoid running into someone from that area like say NY or Chicago. He's not a citizen yet he lives in Pinesville GA? That is stretching probability to the breaking point. Did he give you a name & full address & phone number that you could verify? I don't know moonkitten I think you might be allowing yourself to believe in fairy tales. I've been where you are so I know how much you want to believe this is all real. Some of these guys are very convincing.
