This book kind of pokes fun at the whole idea. I tend to think it's very real. Wonder if they actually ever killed a goat?

Nobody commented on playing the Barney themesong repeatedly to prisoners? I thought that was the funniest part. I think they've used other artists also, like Britney Spears. Imagine being told "we use your music to torture people."
