Dying your hair may have caused premature gray, or it runs in your family. I know of people who have gone gray at very early ages like you...in their 20s. But if you've been dying it lighter, then you've been using bleach and I'm not surprised you now find you have a lot of white hair.

I was in my mid-thirties when I started to get mine. Never dyed my hair, and I still don't. Slowly, the silver is coming in, but it's doing so nicely and evenly. And since it is silver, I'm not worried about it.

There are loads of reasons your hair can go gray or white.Products are developing and dies have become much less chemical these days.Especially bleach like products used to be very bad for hair.I mean Peroxide.These days dies are much more natural.And you can use dies until very high ages.My mom did it until she was 65.Shes 77 now and more gray of course but it took a very long time.At 65 she still had a lot of black hair.I owuld ask a good hairdresser or maybe your docter.Hair tells a lot of the rest of your body i heard.But please,you're young at heart,your beautifull.Certainly I wouldn't reccomend botox.Healthy food and lots of good skin creames help a lot better.And I've read you're trying to stop smokin this will help skincondition too.I dont know whats your original haircolor but maybe your hair had a little to suffer too from too much die.I sometimes get a few gray hairs on the side of my head but they go away after some time again.Like in summer blonds get blonder too.

I colored my hair for over 10 years, in 2003 was tired of being blonde and went natural, I am 42 and barely have a gray hair on me head...

I went to school with a girl from the 5TH grade on and she had a 1 in. white streak down the side of her black hair, she was a very pretty girl and all the boys though so

I haven't found any grey in my hair yet but if I grow a beard it's mostly grey.
