It's a let down, when you get a mail from some fox, who says she likes your profile, and could you send your email address, only to discover, when you look in your profile, she hasn't viewed it. I think I'll stick to watching Captain Kangaroo.

That is not really the case, they can see your profile without being logged in, and then decide to mail you.
Too - they can have the "Who's viewed me" turned off and by that they also become invisible to those whom they view.
