I use 60 minute egg timers to wake me so I can empty water buckets during rain storms at my store. Well! I decided I would be safe to take a longer nap of about 90 mintutes. So I set both of my timers for 45 minutes. The silly things keep going off too early and my 90 minute nap is ruined. I tried setting one for 60 minutes and the other for 30.....still one went off an hour early and the other a half hour early. Stupid cheap dollar store egg timers! very mad

Rilly, try getting the oven type kitchen meat thermometer, where you stick the probe into your meat or bird in the oven. (what are you thinking?) wow Take it from someone who knows about cheap egg timers.

Seriously, I think that type of timer will work for ya.

Eggs
(not a dollar store egg either)

I have a friend uses one of those egg timers from the dollar store.. because he rents and the stove has no timer... Everytime it goes off I want to say hello? sounds just like a telephone ring..laugh

Makes me appreciate my oven so much when I get home.. I can turn on cook time and it even shuts off when what I am cooking is done..teddybear
