The ememity is only politically motivated .war is not between people . between Indian and pakistan citizens we still share a good relationship We have strong cultural ties with Pakistan even now. its not the question of being an indian and Pakistani .its about the violation of Humanrights.

If you want to save the Pakistan countryside and keep it pristeen, go and bring out Bin Laden and his cronies, otherwise go make a Bollywood movie.

The Pakistan people need to reject the fighers and rise up against them. Anyone who allows fighters to live around them is party to the cause. I would never allow an figher to live in my neighborhood. I would die first.

The people who are killed are ignorant and innocent villagers .They have no power or ability to fight againt a force like Taliban . One must know the situation in these places befoe you understand it . If the US cannot capture the Militant its their inability . They cannot bomb the whole villages for that . so would you allow mexico to bomb your cities if they want to catch the drug peddlers ?

Tell that to the innocent people who lost loved ones on 9/11. Personally I'm tired of seeing OUR young sons and daughter's going overseas to help a bunch of backward people who are unwilling to help us or themselves get rid of the evil in their own communities. God helps those who help themselves.

From the Taliban perspective they were fighting the backaward American evil .likewise Do these innocents should be killed in your war against terror ? . the problem being that the militants,,terrorists pose in the villages. I think the majority of what we hear is what the goverments want us to hear. Your information most likely is quite different than what we're hearing

I agree 100%. The U.S. has no right to hit targets in a sovereign country without it's leader's permission. The U.S. would not like a foreign country to bomb within it's territoy while looking for an outlaw!! The U.S. would consider such a thing as an act of aggression and tantamount to war!

Hi Pretzelman...and what if in asking permission from the leader....the host gov't OK takes to much time? or the bad guys in the hut get a warning phone call? or your drone is attacked as it makes its approach to fire?
It sounds right.....ask for mission permission from the host country. What if they say to you.....show us your specific intel that the bad guys are in this house now? How do you do that without tipping your agents identity that fingered them there?
I also understand that a woman or child can walk into a target house at the last moment before a strike. It happens....but if we are going to have any impact on the Pakistan border at all...now that is forbidden to send troops there...what else do we have other than drone strikes? Not much in the military tool box if you take this one away.
