yorksdiamond: Get yourself a Wii game with the Wii fit board.....best fun iv had in ages ...i lost 2lbs in a week just by using it for 20 mins 3 or 4 times a week....get fit and have a good laugh in the process
I only have a regular board. Can't afford a Wii. I can stand on it though and jump up and down. It's kind of fun.
