theres meny diffrent ways to exercise the same part of your body,and you can use thease diffrent ways to work ot diffrent routines,this is not uncommon,people do this al the time becouse it does get boring,
i used to be a fittness instructor,not no moor but i still train about 4 maybe 5 times aweek and im always changing my routine to keep it fresh,
but sometimes,and when u have been going it for a while it might start to loose its apeal to keep fit,but one other way of looking at it, 1 hour-2 hours training each time is not much out of your day,so keep it up becouse some of the long term benifits of keeping fit only start to come to the surface later in life
moonlightstar: I work out 3 times a week, but I am looking for something new....I am getting bored with the usual ways. Have any of you out there any Good tips to get a Good Work Out.....
