moonlightstar: I work out 3 times a week, but I am looking for something new....I am getting bored with the usual ways. Have any of you out there any Good tips to get a Good Work Out.....

I keep mine simple, 7 days a week (excluding days i don't get home until after 10:00 pm) 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 20 reverse dips, 30 bicep curls only 25 lbs just to stimulate the muscles, sometimes i throw in normal dips and some treadmill between sets, and i do 4/5 (depending on my mood and my day at work) sets at night and 1 set first thing in the morning.

Well our chipmonk and bull workout would suit your milkshake far better than what your putting yaself into at the mo mate
Ide say your fruitjuice is right up their with the pacific ocean and therefore I suggest several push ups on the old chipmonk or if your blessed a tight freshly squeezed chipmonk that contains all the vitamins to releive impotency and less headaches

I was hoping for a workout in the near future but it doesn't look promising. I would settle for a milkshake but I don't think that's happening either. I just called my first connection from CS on a prearranged time and her response was, I'm watching a movie. Can you call back?
My workout goes like this: 3 reps of 15 bulls. 3 reps of 15 with my horns. This is where it gets intresting, 6 reps of 20 with the chipmonk. I run up and down the hills for extra measure. I always bring my sport bag as I know she wants to have her ear tickled. And at the end I enjoy a milkshake.
