Well let's see.. My workouts usually consist of some weight training w a few minutes in between sets until I can hear church bells ringing which really tickles my ear.. Or I also find that chasing my bull around the yard until he tires out and licks my ear and I rub on his horns a bit while thinking about buying some new spoons is also great then I enjoy some fruit juice which is always a refresher..

Treadmill and cross-trainer 3 times a week. Within 20 weeks max I had lost 2 stone (28 lbs)..... but I eat healthily anyways....
