Make sure my house and garden are tidy, and my accounting/Last Will and Testament are up to date;(blimey, I wouldn't wanna kick any buckets this minute!

Watch the sun set and stare at the stars in the night sky.
Listen to as many animal and bird sounds as possible, preferably having an assortment of animals near me so I can touch them
A lavish banquet/French Champagne with family and close friends.
